Hi guys,

I just want to make sure few things before I apply for my 140/485.

I'm currently with employer and joining employer B. Employer B applied my labor 6 months back and got it approved. I will apply my 140/485 in another 3 months, and I will submit the paystubs for that time. Is that fine as I will not have any W2s from this employer B, but I can submit for employer A. Does it cause any harm to my application.

I'm sure you can use W2 of prior empolyment/company. I used it and also my 140 got approved without RFE.
