I-140

Hi all,

I had applied for I-140 under EB1-OR .receipt date is OCT 21, 2002. I will be out of job on 26 th March. Can somebody suggest me various options I have, if I don't get another job in the time ?

Have you started 485 process while you I-140 is in process? If yes and if you have been on 485 for 180 days or more then you can use AC21 law to change jobs and maintain the GC process. Else there is no option other than getting another visa status such as new H-1B or a dependent visa if you spouse has an h-1B or going on F-1 student visa!
