I-140

I filed for my 140 in Nebraska service center in Nov. 2002.Didn't heard anything back from them yet.As usual the online status.No RFE,no Rejection.Send queries by attorney but doesn't heard back.Is there way to find out that whats going on.
Totally stuck.

bluemoon, is your I-140 under EB1 or 2 or 3? Did you apply for EAD and AP? What is your attorney's opinion on this?

My application is under EB3.I applied for EAD and that is also stuck because of 140.But I applied for Interim EAD in local office and got that almost 8 months back.Attorney's opinion is wait and watch.They said that they can't do much in it other than sending enquiry to national center.
