I-140 without labor under multinational manager/executive category

Hi.
I have been looking at this web site for more than 2/3 months daily and amazed at the level of community interest it has generated...Keep up the good work Rajiv and there are lots to support..

Meanwhile I had a question , I am in US as H1B ...and under suggestion of my lawyer filed I 140 only at CSC under multinational category.. My lawyer says if i am under L1 visa it is much easier to do this..but it is possible to do under H1 b as well.
anyone can share some thoughts /experience on H1 B filing I 140 under EB1 category(Multinational manager ).

An experience

In my company many people did it and I almost applied 140 in this category when the project was cancelled. However my lawyer said I have to change the visa category to L1 from H1 before such a case can be filed.

Wait and see what happens ? Most likely you will get a RFE and your Lawyer will have to justify the filing then. Hope for the best.
