I 140 without company tax info

Hi,
I got my labor approved.
Can I file my I 140 without employer tax info?(2003)
Tax info is not availble immediately.
may be I can provide it some time later or when RFE comes.
What is the best way for me.

Yes you can BUT...

There is sure to be an RFE issued("Company's ability to pay") on the I-140.And then you anyway have to provide the info.
