My I-140 was approved around One and Half year back with my previous employer. Recently i changed my job to a different company using my EAD. Now my previous employer withdrew my 140 in december. I filed my AC21 in Jan '06.
As anyone been in such type of a situation ? With my 140 being withdrawn how big of a problem am i in now.?
I really really appreciate if you can give me any suggestions/recommendations..i'm very tensed....
