I-140 withdrawl

I have my EAD/AP/140 approved, and i am going to switch jobs after 180 days of pending 485.

What benefit would my current employer get by withdrawing the 140, after i leave the company?

reuse the labor..

Various :

- resuse the labor for another employee
- give you pain
- fulfill company policy of revocation
etc.

btw. approved 140 are revoked and un approved are withdrawn.
