I -140 with substituted labor

Substituing labor

I want to use an approved labor certification of an ex-employee to file for I-140. What are the disadvantages/Trouble areas?
 
Check the exemployee qualifications

1. Check if your qualifications are more or same as the previous employer Qualifications(Degree and experience in the same area).
2. Check if the ex employees I140 was not approved, if approved it will take a little longer than the usual cases as they have to cancel the previous 140.
