I-140 with multiple employers

I am with Company A which has processed my labor and is approved. It is filing my I-140 soon. Can i now use company B's pre approved Labor and file I-140 with company B at the same time. I will be on Payroll with Company A but not B. Basically can i apply for multiple I-140's with different employers. Are their any chances of getting denials. Please let me know.
