Has any one since Feb 2002 received an approval of the I-140 while having the CP option? It seems like people who have filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently are being approved within 60 days.
i filed my i140 in feb. and i485 in sept. concurrently but did not receive any approval yet (60 days passed after filing i485).
I think VSC is pocessing each case with some strange algorithims which only they understand and confuse everyone. _out of frustration
