Hi All,
Iam on a 6th year of my H1b, since my labor was filed a year ago I was able to get 7th year extension as well as additional 10 more months since I was out of USA for this time, so technically I have got my H1b extension for another 1 yr & 10months. My I-140 and I-485 has been filed. I would like to know God forbid by some reason if my I-140 gets denaid, Am I legally allowed to stay till my H1 expires (1 yr & 10months) or I may have to leave US immediately.
