I would appreciate if anyone could tell me what he/she attached to the I-140. ..Have two questions:
1. "Professional workers" are required to attach to the form I-140 the evidence that a bachelor's degree is required to entry into the occupation. What can it possibly be? ...my occupation is "electronics engineer".
2. Is the original of LC and photocopy of degree accompanied with its certified translation plus that misterious "evidence" from the point 1. above the all what should be attached to I-140 or is there anything else one ought not to forget about? ...Is the cover letter necessary?
