I-140 waiting

My I-140 was filed on 01/13/2003 in EB-1 OR.
After two years waiting, there is still on any update on my case.

I already call INS for inqurier on my case. No respone so far
If anyone happens to be in the same boat? suggestions.

Oh...thats a long time.....Try calling the Emergency Number of VSC and talking to a immigration officer. I think you should find it somewhere in these forums.
