I-140 Wait too long

Guys,
I have been a silent observer on this forum for a while.
I have been waiting patiently for the I-140 to be approved, but I think after seeing the status change to 300 days I am very disappointed. VSC is processing I-140 in a very weird way. I know people from the same company who applied in Nov 2002 and got approved in Dec and Jan 2003. While my application has been pending since september. Now I am at point where I think something needs to be done besides waiting silently. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what can be done?
This wait is sooooo frustrating.

I too agree. If anyone from Law Offices of Rajiv S Khanna interferes and updates whether the delay on I140 is noticeable with lot of pending cases or is it only happening with a group of people would greatly be appreciated.If it is happening with lot of people, I would request what needs to be our next step in the process to get the cases expedited.
