Hi guys,
As my long awaited LC from NY is nearing approval (at least I hope that is the case) I am trying to figure out if it would make sense for me to go to the I-140 / CP route vs. the I-140/I-485 route.
I have checked the VSC trackers and did not find a SINGLE entry of anyone doing I-140 / CP.
I would like to think that this is happening because anyone in this situation is getting approved very fast (wishful thinking I am sure).
If your I-140 was approved in July 2004 or after could you post your I-140 Receipt date and your approval date.
