I-140 upgrade or not ?

Hi,
I have a question . plz help me
1.My father file petiion for me on USA PR's unmarried son over 21 category ( June 2006)
2.on Feb 2008 my case was approved.
3.my father will be a us citizen next week.
4.now visa bulletin priority dates is :
unmaried son of USC : 15Feb2006
unmarried son of GC : 01June2005

my question is : should I upgrade my case to son of USC or not?
and if I upgrade it my priority date will be change or still remain on June 2006 ?

Yes, your father should upgrade the I-130 (not I-140) after he takes citizenship oath. A copy of his naturalization certificate and a copy of I-130 approval notice will be required. The priority date will remain June 2006.
