can any one provide me with information on following
My I 140 was approved on 9/13. I filed my I485 RD 10/15. On 10/22/02, i received INS transfer notice on my I140 from NSC to INS Chicago. The reason stated was :....as it falls in their jurisdiction.....INS Chicago will let know the written decision.
How can this happen when my I140 was already approved by NSC.
Please help
