The entire I-140 thread has been populated by people who have filed I-140 concurrently with 485 option. Along with that due to the various statements given by various people who have filed concurrently, it has become difficult to track the I-140 processing independently. This forum looks more like an extension of the 485 thread. Hence please a new thread has been started under the "Tracker, I-140, Vermont Service Center" link. Please post your experiences, thoughts or latest info regarding the I-140 processing. We need to track I-140 independently to see if really concurrent processing has affected the I-140 process. Since we are hearing stories that I-140 approvals are faster for those who filed concurrently, it needs to be clarified truly if this is the case. Please contribute your I-140 status, experience etc on that thread. Thanks.
