Hi! I'm a nurse from Philippines and got an employer to sponsor me on an I-140.
My receipt date was 3/22/06 and last updates 5/5/06 (transfered to TSC) and 5/10/06 says it will be processed for 400+days...would it really take that long?
Could anyone post recent experiences regarding I-140 application....thanks in advance!
