Anyone experienced with this current status ?


Current STatus: i_140 Case

"the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued"

Anyone would like to help me to understand this????
I-140 case. RFE issues few month ago. Last week of Augest 2003 current status told " this case has been approved on blah blah date.".....

Now it is saying......."the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued"

any help or feed back will be appreciated.

You will receive I-140 Approve Notice in your mail box very soon. What is your applied date ( the date for you submitted I-140)? Are you concurrent file ( I-140 and I-485 were submitted on same day) ?

the answer of your question about concurrent filling is below

Yes. but this is concurrent filling but a little different conncurrent case

I-140 applied in Last week of July 2002 (concurrent Law effected after 31st July 2002)

Anyway.

I-485 & I-765 was applied in Feb 2003 (as concurrent filing while I-140 was in pending)

I-765 aproved in May 2003.
After long waiting of I-140. they issued RFE for Education and work evulation....

I-140's RFE was replied. then status showed ... ' Case approved' status.
now it is saying "the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued............."

As u answered. I also belive it should be. here is a little difficulty.

When they issued RFE they miss typed Attorney address. and unfortunately I also moved from my old address. after two months wait someone was enough kind in old address to gave me RFE. they also sent the misstyped enveloped post office remarks says "insufficent address" and they sent back to Texas. then texas center sent to my Old address....... but I got the letter.

It seems they again sent the misstyped attorney address I think now they are sending me directly on my old address...

Oooopsss..I know it is long story...and little confusing.!!!!!!

I hope I will be able to get I-140 notice as u are saying it is Apprv notice.

would u mind to put some light what make u sure that they are sending App notice of I-140?

ALI4d,

You just call the USCIS customer service phone number (800) 375-5283, and then input your Receipt Number, or talk with the representative. You will get the answer.

Good luck to you I-485 !
