I have an approved LC, but my I-140 got rejected based on the mis match of education qualification as LC states that this position required MS instead of MS or equivelant.
My wife works for another company, her qualification and experience matches exactly what specified in approved labour.
Can I ask my company to use the LC to apply I-140 on my wife\'s name as a future employee??
Please guide me!!!
