I-140 still not aproved

I have filled my I-140 & 485 concurrently in 2003 with RD as 09/04/03 in EB2 category. I have no updates yet. My office coworkers who have filled I-140 & 485 concurrently in 2003 with RD as December in EB3 category got thier I-140 & 485 approved. But mine is still pending.

Is anybody sailing in same boat as mine. Any ideas when it can get approved.

I'm in the same boat. EB3 ND for 140 & 485 11/25/03. I think you are in better situation than mine cause uscis hasn't announce priority date for EB2 yet. maybe your case will be appoved in Jan. Good Luck to both of us!

your lawyer shoudl intiate an enquiry as soon as possible atleast for you I-140. Coz Uscis has sublished Sept 15 2003 as teh dates for last approved 140s. This should be a good way to go and a first step towards speeding your greencard. As a second step also write to your congressman.
