good luck to you 2. Post any updates on your case, my LUD was updated when i did address change in august, nothing after that. Lets hope approval is fast for every1.

Hi GC4Ever - Thanks for the update. I was desperately looking for your update. Anyhow the incress in approval total between the last 10 days is giving me a lot of hope and btw is there any way you can put the approved eac #'s? My LUD just changed once on 6/28. Checking almost every min to see any update as i 'm desperate to use AC-21. Good luck to you.

GC4Ever - Thanks once again for the update. I 'm aware of the 180 days concept and i dont want to do with out I-140 approval as the AC-21 doesnot throw enough light on I-140 approval. Anyhow thanks for the range and mine is some where in EAC04199519XX series.

Hi GC4Ever - I can't stop thanking you for spending some time everyday and doing this. Good to see that the approval count is on the move. But still there is no change in my status. Hope Something happen by the end of this month. Btw is there any change in your LUD?

No LUD update

GoneCrazyWithGC, there is no LUD update on my case. The way everything is working out with USCIS. I don't expect anything, wait and watch till they come to some decision. All we can do is hope for the best.

Can you track with RD and for EAC04201XXXXXX

Hi guys -

I see that you have the ND date as 6/25/04. Can you tell the stats on I-140 applications having receipt date around 6/25/2004, the EAC number is like EAC04201XXXXX.

It will be very helpful.

check out VSC Dummies thread, it has a procedure to scan 140's for a specific day and once you have a list, scanning the list to get approval/Rfe status. Good luck

Any updates for today.

Hi GC4Ever - Have any updates either on the count or on your case? With new processing dates out and out day way back in the month of June and no LUD on the case makes me sick. I 'm just waiting to happen and quit my buggy employer.

Thanks for the update. Seems almost 50% is approved but who are all those? I don't see them posting here in this forum. My case is untouched and the last LUD was 06/28, 3 days after the RD. I 'm a bit worried now that if i don't get my I140 cleared i 'm gone to be in a deep mess. But anyhow i 'm ready to face it.
