I did sign page 7 of my labor approved document that we received from Atlanta center. Also I did sign my I140 and all these documents are again signed by your company and your attorney.
Page 7 of form I-140 requires 2 signatures: the attorney's signature and the petitioner's signature, which I believe it should be my employer's signature. Is this correct?
u r correct. you don't have to sign I-140.
Although you may have to sign the labor approval that gets attached with I-140.
Sometimes the lawyers do ask you to sign a piece of paper to validate the information on your experience letter, but that is for their use and is not supposed to be sent with I-140.
