I just talked with a very helpful IIO who informed me that my I140 was sent to NVC/Consulate and they are trying to get it back. She informed me that they have already sent out a memo to the consulate to get the I140 back but couldn\'t give me any timeframe as to when it would come back other than that "inquire after 30 days". Anyone with similar experiences?
