Folks,

I-140 - RFE - Help

I got a RFE on my I-140. RFE was related to company name change. My attorney has replied to the RFE. Any idea how big issue is this and How long will it take to process the case after RFE reply has been received by NSC? Thoughts welcome..

i dont have any idea how big the issue can be...

i have heard that as long as the Tax ID remains the same it's OK.

Do u know if ur company;s tax id changed ?

i know a couple of people whose company changed names but they got their 140's approved.

PS can u let me know what happened to your RFE rsponse? did USCIS approve it ?

Finally got the magic mail that my I-140 is approved.Waiting for I-485.
