I-140 Rfe

Company A: NJ,Showed profit 1992 to 2001 then Loss in 2002

Company B(Branch of A): OHIO,Showing profit 2000 to 2002

I am working with Company B while I filled my I-140 Tax Id of Company A Used as is old & existing since long.
if I got RFE on company Financial will my case denied as it has loss in 2002. My labor cleared in April-2003


Please advice earliest
