I-140 Rfe

I have received RFE on my I-140 regarding company tax and my tax. For year 2003 I will be making something around 30k . Is there a chance that my I-140 can be denied . lf there is anyone in this forum who has got his I-140 RFE approved even with Less salary. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated

If they asked for your tax-return, it would be for year 2002(I hope last year you did not have that same problem). Your 2003
TAX return will not be filed til Apr. 2004. Only give what they asked for. Please also consult your lawyer!!!g
 
EAC series ?

What is your EAC series ? Also is that EB2/EB3? I-140 can not be denied for tax return RFEs provided you give them needed documents. Best of luck !
