What is this message mean? Are they not going to update the website? This was the second RFE on my I-140. The first RFE they asked about the compnay Financial statements. In the second RFE they asked for additional evidence from the company how they are going to support my emplyment after GC.

On November 10, 2003, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 275 and 300 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

RD 12/13/2002
EB3 Concurrent filing.
EAD approved on 07/07/2003.
 
This is what I think!

The message says that your RFE response has been received by them(in the mail). when the immigration offiicer gets it he/she will make the decision on it.

You may have to wait for a while, not long.

I got my I-140 approved on November 27 after getting two RFE's. Now I am in the ocean of I-485 queue with so many other people, I do not know how long I need to swim in this ocean before I can get to the shore and see the greenery around.
