A week ago finally I got some news from VSC after almost a year.-485 was applied in September. So I have an RFE on my experience. My lawyer is so irresponsive I just cannot belive... by the way he's been paid full. Mine was EB2 base. I was wandering if anybody had a similar response recently. I know a lot of people are getting RFEs. At this point I am pretty worried. What are the important points I should be careful when we send a respond? Any advise would gladly be appreciated.
 
Post more details (i.e your experience & app category)

Also, congratulations, since soon after your RFE your app will be decided upon :) - hopefully in your favor - :D
 
Response to an RFE is dependent on what the RFE is. So.....
(Just to state the obvious- And I am not trying to mock).

Thanks. I went to see my lawyer today. It was only about experience dates. I hope it will be approved soon. The category is EB2.

The letter said, eventhough I had all this experince I did not mention the dates from/to that I worked in the same field for my prev company. Although the dates were in the forms that were sent to INS, somehow they were not acceptable.
So please make sure you have also date info for your prev employment description.
