Hi all,
I have recd a RFE:
- to demonstrate its ability to pay the beneficiary's wage at
the time the priority date is established and continuing until the
beneficiary obtains permanent residence.
I need to provide the "Signed and Certified Tax Returns" for 98, 99, 00, 01 (LC substitution; original PD in 98)
What does INS accept as the Signed and Certified Tax Returns?
