My I-140 has an RFE of W2,PAYSTUBS. My W2 is less than the norm last yr. However this year my pay is the same as my company filed for labor.The company that I work for is relatively small with only a few employees. What are my chances ?
My H1-B too expires in few months and I find no employer willing to sponsor.
