I recieved a rfe on I140 requesting additional information on oct16
my lawyer said it was more financial data from my company as it is small , also she asked for my w2 but the problem is i made less
than what was stated on h1 as i took some time off, so am i in trouble did anybody get same kind of request for information and
if so did it end well i filed n sep 2 eb2

It should not make a difference u just need to submit u'r W@ so that it would show up u'r taxes & wages, there are more things attached to our paychecks 401kdeduction healthcare deductions bonuses which are not shown in the w-2, they just need a proof that u had a w-2, can i ask u one question

1) Did u file concourrently & If so what are the dates?
2)DID u get EAD & AP approval
3) what docs are u planning to send for company's fiancial info

hi,
i applied on sept 4th for i 140 and then applied for i 485 after getting reciept for I 140 , I did not get recipt yet for I 485 but
also my company as bought out by another company i am nervous , my layer sai she will send last years w2, for my company and also their quaterly statements but we have to do it carefully with al these company takeover things
please let know what you think aout this
do you know if this could lead to rejection

you do not need to worry about salary on w2.
how many employees does your company have?
did u answer the query?
 
"On November 08, 2002, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 150 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. However, because preliminary processing was complete before we requested the additional material, the remaining processing time for this stage of your case is approximately 180 days. You will receive a written decision on this case."

HEy my case reads like this but does it read the same for other rfes too , why does it say a written decision will be mailed to you does that mean it is rejected
Please somebody reply and let know what it reads for pople who got rfe's and replied

RFE on I-140 at Nebraska

Addressing the posting by Sirisha76.

I was in the same situation. the online status said the same
thing. I believe the mention of '180 days for the balance of the
process' is not correct.

In my case the office received the response to the RFE on
17th of October, and they have approved the case by
2nd of Nov, and mailed the notice on 4th of Nov.

So, you can expect a decision by the 3rd week of Nov.and
hopefully it would be a positive one!
