Hi Gurus,
Is it possible to amend I-140 petition with more documents before getting an RFE? If i am not able to get hold of employer tax document, can i file without it and amend it at a later date with the tax document. Just trying to explore whether there is a way to attach more evidence documents before getting an RFE.
