I know that issued an RFE on my case. I don't know what it is. I haven't heard from my lawyer yet. (My I-140 recipt date is 10/17/03. FP and Medical done. I also have EADs and AP) and the RFE date is 10/21/04.

What are the most common RFE causes? How are they addressed?

Once the RFE is addressed, how soon is the Application likely to be Approved?

Any information would be appreciated.

and what was the LUD till date...

Unfortunately the only information I have from my lawyer is the SRC number and the receipt date? DO I get the other information from the lawyer as well.
My FP was received (cleared) on March 3rd 04.

What is LUD? How do I get that information? What is it's relevance? Sorry, I am really ignorant on Immigration matters. Any help from you would be appreciated.
