they sent me I-140 RFE on april 20,2004.my lawer did not receive yet.how long does it take to receive?

It should normally take 2 weeks, but here I am along with others waiting for RFE to land for the last 3 weeks and yet no sign of it!!

any updates? it seems they cant reissue the RFE's until 30 days of it being generated.

LostRFE, any updates from your side?

I would advise u to call them or have ur attorny cal them and reissue the RFE....they are a mess
