I-140 RFE turnaround time

Hi,

I have been in an unfortunate case, where my case is still pending even after 60-70 days of RFE response. My RFE response was received on Novemer 18, 2003. My online status still says, ' On November 18 we received.....blah blah blah'

Does anyone have a similar experince where the case is undecided even after so much time of sending RFE response. What is my best course of action (besides patience, I guess!!) ??
What could be taking so long in my case ?

BTW, mine is NSC center and my RFE was on company financials. Ours is about 90 employee company, with good profit for last 2-3 years.

The process time for RFE submitted papers is again luck .... I have seen some cases getting approved within 15 days and some cases taking 6 months....so hang in there......


So what happened to your AP and EAD......Did you happen to renew your AP or EAD. Do, you know what will happen to these renewal applications if a decision is pending on an I-140 (in this case where an RFE is there )
 
Guys Advice Needed..

Guys,
I work for as NJ based consultancy but my client is in CT.
recently my Labour is approved from NJ, Now I am in the process
of applying my 140 & 485. Should I furnish a NJ address or can I give my CT address.


Incase I find some temp address in NJ and once my AP and EAD are approved can I change my address ? If I change will there be a problem
