I received the RFE letter on my pending I-140.
I am not sure what they are looking for----
The petitioner's response to the request for evidence states that it wants to subsititute XXX for the original beneficiaries, YYY. Such Subsititution requires the filing of new form 9089 signed in original and dated by all parties. Therefore, please such form signed by the subsitituted beneficiary, the petitioner, and the from preparer.Please note that a copy of the signature of any one of the parties is not acceptable.
My lawyer told me I only need to submit new page 8 and 9 with my signature and the employer's signature. My lawyer told me if I submit a complete new 9089 form, USCIS will think I am applying a new Labor Certificate. Is that ture?
