I got an RFE on the "ability to pay"....It asks for the tax returns for 2004, w-2 forms and my last paystubs...
My company has less than 40 employees. Is it very common for small companies to have RFEs on ability to pay? I know we've addressed this question sometime before but I want to know if there are chances for denial based on this reason. Our company has sales of about $5 mill. so I don't know if this RFE is serious or not.

Any similar experiences would help.
 
If your company Financials are good (No Losses, making growth from prev year) when the Labor Certification filed and approved , and if you habe all your Pay checks/w-2 from your company you shoud be ok. I am just telling this from my experiences I observed in other service centers. you can conytact "United Nations" for advise. he advised lot of people on the same matter.
