I-140 RFE received

my lawer called me about I-140 RFE. according to him it is very easy. they asked about tax return for year 2002

AP & EAD approved 07/30/2003
FP done 04/16/2004

Did they ask about your tax return or company's ?

Any guess why it is 2002?, Is that you joined first time to this company in 2002 or else

you labor is of 2002?

I-140 RFE

USCIS asked about company's tax return for year 2002.
actually my lawyer sent all the documents in 06/20/2003, he only attached company's tax return for the year 2001. I applied labor in 02/08/2002 and it was approved in 05/12/2003.

thats why they asked about company's tax return for the year 2002.

what you guys think about approvel chances are?
