I-140 RFE on medical

Folks, I received bad mail this morning.
Its about RFE. I dont know what they are requesting.

While filing 140/485 concurrently my wife was not able to complete the medical exam because of her pregnancy. Do you think 'this' could be a reson for this RFE?

The medical only comes into play for the 485 so this RFE is probably about something else.
