I 140 RFE - no updates - Help me

Hi gurus,

I had an RFE of 140 (eb2 to eb3).. USCIS sent this RFE on May 19th, 2005. My company replied the RFE on last week of May 2005. Till now, there is no update on the status or no information about the case.. What should i do?? I am in desperate..

I am seeing many guys getting approved after they sent RFE. their approvals are coming quite fast compared to mine..

I keep on checking their website, but no updates..

Please let me know what i can do?? Any suggestions are welcome..

Its all abt luck. Just look at other threads. There are only few, 5-7 to be precise of guys being approved. I am waiting since March!!. and mine said < 150-180 days. Im nearing 120 days. cant do anything abt it.

So just sit tight, pray and deviate ur thoughts from this issue.
