Just got an email from USCIS stating RFE has been sent. Though not received the mail yet, I assume it asks for ability to pay.
I haven't got paid for three months so no recent pay stubs. 2008 W2 is about 20K below stated salary. Company's Tax return does show profit in the past two years. We're small company with less than 20 people.
Company lawyer asked the following:
1. Company's Tax return documents
2. My W2s
3. My recent three pay stubs.
Since it's the beginning of the year, I think I can submit W2s up to 2007. But pay stubs will be a problem.
What's your view about this case?
