I 140 RFE issued

I just got an email from USCIS saying RFE was sent out on 3/16. Will know more in 4-5 days.
All I can say is " One small step for NSC, One big step for an I140 applicant waiting over 15 months"

Self I140 RD: 10/22/03, RFE Issued 03/16/05, AD??
Self/ Spouse I485 RD: 11/06/03, AD??
Self/Spouse 1st EAD/1st AP approved: 12/15/03
Self/Spouse 2nd EAD/2nd AP approved: 12/01/04
FP done: 08/05/04
 
i got RFE ON 140 Nov 03
That is Finanacial ability to pay and they asking W2 forms
In my w2 forms i have only 29000$, is that a problam?

It may not be a problem if your company is making good net profit and can pay higher wages once approved.

Well there are many things into it --- read unitedNations thread all around this portal -- or ask him about Ur case in a more detailed way --- he might be much more knowledgeable then most the attorney -- in this regards
