I-140 RFE issue on my I-140.

Just got the email that it was issue yesterday. But still feel happy that they start to touch my case.

I think I140 is being processed based on LC PD either it is EB2 or EB3. What do you think folks ?

Same situation here. I got an email on February 24,2005 regarding an RFE on 140. I am not sure of what it can be, but reading through the forum, my guess is its " Ability to Pay" from the employer.
