I-140 RFE for L1A

Applied for I-140 under L1A on May 22, 06 and got RFE on July 10. The reason for RFE are:
1. explain how beneficiary's duties in the US were of a managerial/executive nature - I had sent my resume with detailed job descriptions and Organizational Chart which clearly shows I have 7 employees with 2 of them supervisors working under me.
2. submit evidence of your ability to pay the proffered wage/salary as of the priority date, May 22, 06 - I had sent my W2 and income tax return for the year 2004 and 2005. I am making $36K plus the company pays my rent, car, and other allowances.

What other information is USCIS looking for because it seems like I have submitted all these documents.

Please share your experience. Would really appreciate it.

Hi,
Regarding Q#1, I think you need to have a statement signed from your manager or HR about your job duties. Stating them in your resume may not cut it.
On #2, they need the company's tax docs and financial reports, showing
that they can pay you the salary that is being offered (you need to go back
only as far as the day your GC process was started).
