Hello everybody,
Here is my situation ! I have applied I-140/485(concurrent)filed in august under EB3 professional worker, at NSC, and i have recieved "RFE" in reference to my qualifications equalency to us bachelor degree.
my educational back ground:
B.Sc(maths) 3 years from Osmania University,India,
diploma in computer science, 2 yrs from Unitec, Newzealand,
work experience: 31/2 yrs.
My LC is clearly mentions in column no. 14: Bachelors/equalent..... my credential evaluation is clearly mentioning my education is equalent to us bachelors...
at this point what are my options??? how can i convince NSC that my degree is equalant to us bs????
please please help me in this regard..
I am really frustrated after waiting almost 2yrs to get this stage...
and finally end up getting 'RFE'
PLEASE HELP ME....attorney's or any one in similar situation, and how they have overcome this situation in getting approval from NSC.
