I-140 RFE Experience Letters

USCIS is asking for educational evaluation and experience letters for not less than 3 YRs which is what was documented for my position. I do not have any experience letters from my prior employers. I dont think I can get it too. I know that I can get affidavit from my co-workers in prior companies. Is there any rule that USCIS follows regarding experience letters that, if it is not from the employer then atleast 2 co-workers should provide affidavits???

Please help.
 
Exp from coworkers

I have a friend who recd RFE on experience. He has submitted affidavit from past co-workers and is awaiting a decision. In all probablity it should get cleared IMHO.

Recently I submitted my response on my experience letters RFE-my previous company closed the operation , I collected experience from my co -worker attested .
