I have received my RFE today, CSC. I found something wrong there. It is said my priority date is Mar 1999, but my LC was filed around Jul 2001. It requires financial documents to show the ability to pay from Mar 1999 to present. The problem is my company is established at 2000. How can we have the ability to pay at 1999? I don't know why my priority date is changed to Mar 1999.
What should I do? What's wrong with it? And how can I correct it?
And it is said I have been worked for this company since 2000. INS requires my tax return and W2 from 2000 to present. Actually I came to US at Feb 2001. I had worked for my company's branch at other country since July 2000 to Feb 2001. What kind of document should I provide for year 2000?
