I had applied for I-140 in August 2003. I received RFE in June 2004. I submitted the extra evidence in August 2004. Six months have already passed and I have not recieved any response from NSC. I called the USCIS several times but I did not get any help. Is there any other way of knowing the status of the RFE application? The time line for RFE case is 60 days while my RFE application has been pending for more than 180 days.
